We understand the the anxiety and strain that the Cost of Living Crisis is having on many families. Which is why we have created this page, to hopefully make it easier for you to find out information and what support there is for you and your family.

Food vouchers and Food Banks

You can get vouchers from Citizens Advice, JobCentre Plus, GP surgeries, health visitors and social workers which can be used at your local food bank. If the food bank is run by the Trussell Trust you can check the address on the Trussell Trust website.

Food Resilience Partnership

Aims to increase the amount of sustainable food in the borough and find long term solutions to food poverty. Find out more about the Food Resilience Programme

Helping homes in fuel crisis

Warmer Wales

Warm Wales is a charity in Wales that works to tackle fuel poverty by offering free advice and support to ensure people across Wales and South-West England have warm and safe homes.

Welsh Water HelpU

Discretionary Housing Payments

Council tax reduction

Free School meals
