Some of the videos on our website do not have captions or transcripts available. Most of the videos are provided by other organisations, so we do not have control over them.

Any videos created by Torfaen Family Information Service from 23 September 2020 onwards will have captions and transcripts available as standard.

Forms

The Contact Us form is not compliant with the following:

  • Identify the purpose of fields programmatically (WCAG 2.1 AA 1.3.5)
  • Only use labels for appropriate form controls (WCAG 2.0 A 1.3.1)
  • Ensure labels in the document point to valid IDs (WCAG 2.0 A 1.3.1)
