Youth Activities – Summer of Fun 2022

Torfaen Youth Service

Over the summer the Youth Service, Hwb Torfaen and Pontypool Community Council are offering a range of activities for young people aged 11-25. A brief description of the activity and location is contained in all the links below.

Activity requires booking in advance so please ensure you contact the relevant organisation as indicated in each category.

All activities have been designed by young people accessing the service over the last year, some trips involve an additional cost and others are free due to the nature of the projects funding. Young Carers Youth Activities – a range of provision and activities for young carers to try new things and meet other young people 

Young Parents Activities – a range of activities for young people to meet other young parents, try news things and build friendships 

Youth Clubs and Trips – fun environments for young people to chill out and meet other young people and take parts in trips and activities designed, and organised by young people 

16+ Projects – activities and provision to promote independent living and social skills

Activity days – a range of outdoor education and trip days for young people to try something new, meet young people and learn new things
